In today's episode, we're talking about how to go about moving your WordPress website or migrating your WordPress website.
Recently had a chat with one of my lovelies, in regards to how we tackle this obstacle. She's had problems with her developer and the performance of her website, it's costing her too much and she wanted to know how we go about migrating a WordPress website from one hosting provider to another.
We talked about the 3 different possibilities.
I added in an added extra about options available if you've lost access, or you've had a website online in the past, but it's been shut down and the potential of salvage some of that website. Whilst we can't restore a site without a backup of some variety, we can rebuild and use archived versions of the site to guide us .
